I4MS has released the names of the shortlisted application experiments for the First I4MS Disruptors Awards, which aim to award the most innovative experiments and best cases in additive manufacturing, CPS, IoT, robotics, HPC or laser technologies.
From the 24 applications received from 5 different countries in its first call, the Disruptor Awards 2018 have selected the following projects listed in alphabetical order below:
- COMPASS, Spain – HPC-Cloud-based seakeeping design – Advanced seakeeping assessment tool, based on SeaFEM, affordable in cost, time and usability by SMEs and large companies in the sector.
- ELVEZ, Slovenia – ReconCell Automotive Assembly – Reconfigurable robot workCell for fast set-up of automated assembly processes in Automotive industry.
- GEORGES PERNOUD SAS, France – E-Tooling – The Smart, Connected and Full Electric mold: The new generation of mold.
- NABLADOT S.L., Spain – Cloud-based micrositting of small wind turbines – Powering small wind turbine sector in urban environment through simulation. Farm wind on your roof with the help of simulation.
The WINNER will be announced by Mariya Gabriel, European Commissioner for Digital Economy and Society, at the Digital Innovation Hubs Annual Event in Warsaw 27-28th November.
