In January 2002, the Georges Pernoud company decided to create its subsidiary, FMP, settled in Groissiat, to meet the needs and offer the following services :

Cleaning and maintenance on molds

Emergency repair on tools
On site intervention of our technical team

In 2004, creation of a 2nd site for tools up to 12 tons.
In 2006, integration of a great capacity Laser welding set.
In 2007, investment in a system of cleaning by cryogenics with manufacture of the ice.
